"MY COUNTRY is the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today" ~~Martin Luther King Jr....and endangering citizens by causing them to flee from wars made for extractive resources but persecuted under false pretenses qualifies as one of the most callous forms of violence as it affects everyone from old people to infants. They are also the most likely to die as displaced persons.
